We focus on helping your team recognise themselves as financial professionals and develop the knowledge (Know It), skills (Show It), and behaviors (Live It) that create lasting career transformation. The AAT qualification is the proof—not the purpose.
These are government-funded apprenticeships. If you pay the Apprenticeship Levy, the cost comes from your levy funds. If you don't pay the levy, the government covers 95% of training costs and you contribute just 5%. Your team member earns their regular salary throughout.
