A Level 3 Business Administrator apprentice supports the day to day operations of an organisation. They help coordinate activities, manage information, communicate with stakeholders, and support projects across different teams. The role focuses on developing strong organisational, communication, and problem solving skills that help businesses operate efficiently.

Apprentices must complete a minimum of 20 percent off-the-job training, which usually equates to around 6 to 8 hours per week within paid working hours. This includes workshops, learning activities, and applied workplace development, all structured to fit around full-time employment.

The programme develops a range of essential business skills, including communication, organisation, project support, data management, and stakeholder coordination. Apprentices also build confidence in problem-solving, decision-making, and improving business processes, allowing them to contribute more effectively within their organisation.

We focus on professional recognition, not just passing exams. Our approach combines technical accounting expertise with workplace application and personal development, supported by dedicated tutors and a 98 percent completion rate, ensuring apprentices build both competence and confidence.
