Planning and Delivering Initiatives

Months 7–12

Learn how to plan, manage, and deliver sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives. Develop project management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Build confidence in stakeholder engagement and communication to support the successful delivery of CR&S activities.

 

Data, Reporting and Business Impact

Months 13–18

Gain experience in collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainability data. Explore key reporting frameworks and compliance requirements while supporting your organisation in meeting ESG obligations.
