They will develop skills in SOP compliance and risk management, essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment.

  • Months 4-6: Customer Service and Sustainability

Continue with "Health and Safety for Facilities Services" and "Working with Customers and Others in Facilities Services." Apprentices will enhance their customer service skills, ensuring effective service delivery. They will also promote sustainable practices and gather FM-related information for continuous improvement. This phase builds strong foundations in customer interaction and environmental response.

  • Months 7-9: Advanced Operations and Development

Apprentices will focus on advanced operations, delivering front-of-house services, and supporting hard FM functions. They will develop competence in professional development and project support, ensuring they can handle complex tasks and contribute to organisational growth.

  • Months 10-12: Consolidation and Preparation

In the final months, apprentices will consolidate their learning, review all units, and prepare for the End-Point Assessment (EPA). This phase includes completing outstanding tasks, receiving feedback, and ensuring readiness for the final evaluation.

  • Month 13-15: End-Point Assessment (EPA)

The journey concludes with the EPA, which includes a structured interview, multiple-choice test, observation, and portfolio review.
