Apprentices spend the majority of their time learning within their job role, supported by structured training sessions and regular progress reviews. Employers also support apprentices in completing off-the-job learning activities as part of the programme.

This programme is designed for individuals starting their careers in accounting or finance. Learners should demonstrate a strong interest in finance and a willingness to develop new skills. At Train Together, we focus on combining structured learning with practical workplace development.
